Marketing practices are outdated – a new Kogan Page book takes a look at how it can catch up to the modern consumer

Our new book PR campaign for The New Chameleons: How to Connect with Consumers Who Defy Categorization is off to a flying start with coverage secured in national business publications including Forbes and CEO Today. We are delighted to be working with Professor Michael Solomon for this campaign, a global consumer behaviour expert, keynote speaker and business advisor. The New Chameleons looks at why it’s damaging to be relying on outdated ‘marketing cages’ to categorise your customers, and puts forward a new consumer-centric strategy in line with the modern ‘chameleon’ consumer that cross multiple marketing categories.
