New Book PR Campaign for Cerebral Palsy: A Story

“I live with cerebral palsy, but I choose not to be defined by it” – PR campaign for a moving new memoir

This week we begin the PR campaign for Ilana Estelle’s new memoir and motivational guide Cerebral Palsy: A Story (RedDoor Publishing). The book describes the physical, mental and emotional challenges Ilana suffered as she grew up, a child of the 60s, coping with disabilities she wasn’t aware of.  Ilana didn’t find out she had cerebral palsy until aged 46 – and autism 10 years after that. Her struggles made her feel misunderstood, isolated and alone, and it was only when she was diagnosed that she found out why. We will be looking to set up interviews in the mainstream media for Ilana to tell her story, and be offering advice articles on coping with disability and adversity. Ilana  blogs about living with disability on her blog The CP Diary. For PR opportunities get in touch with Natalie at natalie.connors@thebookpublicist.co.uk
