New book PR campaign for The Midlife Review

How can we transform into ‘age-friendly’ workplaces?

We’re delighted to be working with Steve Butler to promote new book The Midlife Review: A Guide to Work, Wealth and Wellbeing. Age is set to become one of the biggest debates of the next decade – by 2045 nearly 25% of the population will be 65 or over. The Midlife Review reveals how we can transform the workplace to be age-friendly. 12 million people are heading towards an insufficient retirement income. The first section of the book arms midlife employees with the tools they need to plan for a fulfilled, comfortable and healthy future. 91% of businesses struggle to find workers with the right skillset. The second section of the book sets out how, as the UK age demographic shifts, companies can transform into age-friendly organisations that successfully retain over 50s talent – a key way to solve the skills gap. We’ll be working with Steve to secure coverage in the business, HR, financial and lifestyle media in the UK.
