We’re looking for a creative, dynamic PR professional to bring the ideas of top authors, founders and thought leaders to life. As a Campaigns Manager / Senior Campaigns Manager, you’ll deliver standout campaigns that build authority, raise profiles and place ambitious experts firmly in the media spotlight.
This isn’t just book PR. We specialise in authority-building for non-fiction authors, entrepreneurs, CEOs and speakers who want to grow visibility, credibility and impact- with or without a book.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼:
• Design and deliver authority-building PR campaigns
• Lead media strategies for launches and expert positioning
• Write compelling press releases and commentary pitches
• Develop creative angles tied to the news agenda
• Secure interviews, features and thought leadership
• Manage client relationships with confidence and care
𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:
You’ll have at least 5 years’ experience in non-fiction PR, expert profiling or founder-led campaigns.
𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗮𝗹𝘀𝗼:
• Be an excellent communicator and copywriter
• Have strong UK, US and/or Middle East media contacts
• Thrive in a fast-paced agency environment
• Be organised, resilient and results-driven
• Enjoy pitching, current affairs and thought leadership
𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗟𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗜𝘁 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲:
We’re remote-first, with regular in-person socials and bi-monthly creative days in Herefordshire.
𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗲𝗻𝗷𝗼𝘆:
• Salary from £35k + 8% monthly bonus
• Flexible hours (full or part-time)
• 25 days’ holiday + bank holidays (rising with service)
• Option to buy 4 extra days
• 2 volunteering days per year
• Remote working support
