Chris Tamdjidi is the Managing Director and co-founder of Awaris, an international leadership development and cultural transformation company working with over 200 global organisations.

Chris has practiced mindfulness for over 30 years and integrates scientific rigour with contemplative practice in leadership development. Chris specialises in resilience, a deep understanding of the mind and body connection, authentic leadership and systemic cultural transformation.

Over the past 15 years, Chris has led more than 300 leadership and resilience projects annually with global companies including BMW, Audi, Bosch, Unilever, HSBC, Lloyds and L’Oréal. He has personally coached senior executives and Director-Generals within the European Commission and has led large-scale resilience frameworks across EU institutions. He has also worked with members of Parliament in a number of countries, spanning Canada, UK, Germany and the UAE.

Before founding Awaris, Chris spent seven years at The Boston Consulting Group (Munich, London, Kuala Lumpur), leading strategic transformation projects in automotive, consumer goods and industrial sectors. He holds a First-Class degree in Physics from Imperial College London and an MBA from the University of Texas in Austin. Chris served as an advisor to Oxford Mindfulness Centre for 8 years and teaches at a number of Universities.
