Introducing Natasha Harvey - Certified Transformational Coach (ICF accredited) helping to build inclusive organisations by supporting women early in their careers for future leadership roles. After two decades experience working in male-dominated multi-national companies within defence & aerospace, in 2018 Natasha left her role as communications director and executive committee member to begin coaching company Embrace Your Change. Working with organisations and individuals, she is on a mission to empower women to become senior managers and empower companies to become more inclusive. EmbraceMyFuture Natasha believes that to achieve gender equality, we need to start at the bottom of the ladder – not the top. She has launched a coaching programme specifically designed for young women, at the start of their careers, supporting them to make a career plan, tackle the common things that hold women back and empower them to reach the top.
