So much for a sleepy summer. While many were slowing down, our clients and team were powering forward with inspiring stories, thought leadership, and brilliant media moments from Marie Claire and Express to Heart Radio and BBC Business Today. Here are some of the highlights we loved celebrating this month:
Emma Pooley, former Team GB Olympic silver medal cyclist and author of Oat to Joy, spoke with Marie Claire UK about the realities of being a female athlete, her experience of eating disorders, and what still needs to change: https://www.marieclaire.co.uk/life/health-fitness/realities-of-being-female-athlete.
Mehdi Paryavi, CEO and chairman of the International Data Center Authority, joined BBC Business Today live to discuss the global data center boom and why governments are designating them “mission critical” in the AI age (listen from 10:05): https://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/m002hs5t/business-today-25082025.
Mehdi also shared a powerful op-ed in POLITICO Europe exploring why we all need to understand who really owns and controls our data: https://www.politico.eu/article/data-tech-google-taxes-buying-habits-produce-eu-uk-us-microsoft/.
Daily Express published a full-page extract from Personalities Remixed (Hasmark Publishing) by Mark Wilkinson, Lewis Senior, and Paul Grant, showcasing the life-changing science of personality diversity.
With multiple summer heatwaves, Amy Brann, author of Make Your Brain Work (Kogan Page), shared insights on staying focused and working smarter in the heat, leading to full-page spreads in the Daily Express, Daily Mirror, and Daily Record.
There was also a full-page feature for Emma Pooley and Oat to Joy in the Daily Star, exploring the power of oats in boosting fitness goals and sharing two delicious recipes from her book.
Philippa Charrier, mental health advocate, joined Heart Radio’s Breakfast Show with JK and Kelly Brook on A-Level Results Day to share advice for parents and students (listen from 2:07:55): https://www.globalplayer.com/catchup/heart/uk/episodes/BUsJrAA7VDHdHT9pWee5rTxKr/.
We are also delighted to welcome several new authors with brilliant books and powerful insights to share. A very warm welcome to Ritavan, Charlie Curson, Emma Williams, Catherine Xiang, Bontle Senne, Gina Battye, Krissie Ivings, Marc Picot, and Isobel Rimmer, and a welcome back to Mark Price and Leanne Maskell. We look forward to seeing your names in our future Wow Moments.
Next month we are working on something a bit special and I can’t wait to share it.
