Book Speaker

Author of The ADHD Boss: A Productivity and Promotion Handbook for ADHD Employees

If you’re an ADHD professional with leadership ambitions, you’ve probably noticed that most career advice doesn’t quite fit. You’re told to “lean in” and “bring your authentic self to work,” but when you actually do that you’re suddenly “too much,” “difficult,” or “not leadership material.”

Even if you got the manager job, you’re still trying to prove you’re not a liability. The feedback you get assumes you can just turn your ADHD on/off or that ADHD is mostly just poor discipline and no time management. Spoiler alert: it isn’t.

This book addresses the everyday problems for ADHD employees who want to be leaders:

  • Feeling like you have to mask your unusual thinking to be ‘professional’?

  • Burning out from trying to prove that you are reliable and smart?

  • Struggling to understand why you keep getting passed over for praise or promotions?

In The ADHD Boss, you’ll discover:

  • How to turn ADHD traits into genuine leadership skills without ‘leaning in’

  • Practical strategies for building credibility, finding senior supporters, and navigating offer politics

  • The stuff no one tells you about managing teams and projects without overwhelming yourself

  • Ways to ditch imposter syndrome for good

This isn’t another productivity guide or collection of life hacks. Whether you’re targeting your first management role or plotting your route to the boardroom, this book gives you the insider knowledge that training at work won’t teach and stuff ADHD coaching doesn’t cover.

Success doesn’t have an expiry date and your time is now
