Julian has more than 35 years’ experience as a senior operating executive, general manager, consultant and business leadership coach, including being a non-executive director at two high growth technology companies, the Chief Strategy Officer at four billion dollar revenue public companies, the GM of a $4.5bn revenue division of Cisco (Emerging Markets), the GM of a $750m+ services company (CTP inc) and the GM of the world’s largest gaming coaching company, Gamer Sensei.
Julian coaches executives and boards worldwide across industries including private equity, financial services, software / SaaS, education, gaming, digital media and retail. He is currently a senior leadership coach for partners, associates and teams at McKinsey Consulting.
He has worked for some of the world’s leading Private Equity and Venture Capital companies as a senior operating executive and advisor, including Hellman and Friedman, Providence Equity Partners, Bridgepoint, Summit Equity Partners and One Equity Partners. He has led or advised on over 35 M&A transactions (buy or sell) over the last fifteen years.
