We’re delighted to be working with Dr Marcelle Moncrieffe-Newman on the promotion of her powerful new book, One Step Forward, Two Steps Black: Navigating Anti-Black Workplace Culture.

Published by Peaches Publications, this timely and rigorously researched book offers a searing insight into the systemic anti-Black workplace culture that continues to shape corporate Britain. Drawing on Dr Moncrieffe-Newman’s PhD research, her own leadership experience, and the lived experiences of more than 30 Black professionals, the book exposes the realities of the ethnicity career progression gap and challenges organisations to move beyond performative inclusion.
