And just like that, it’s October. I’m leaving behind a crazy month of Manhattans, Awards, Vaping, Asparagus & Happiness…
On top of our exciting rebrand and 13 (!) new clients, it’s been a full September of events with the Business Book Awards and a mind-blowing AI event for our NY client (and you’ve caught us, a few post-event Manhattans for Emma Preece and I).
We’ve still found time for plenty of pitching and The Book Publicist team have delivered those ‘WOW’ moments again. It’s always an honour to share the variety of stories, ideas and insights from our authors and here’s a few highlights:
Andrew Turvil’s debut Blood, Sweat and Asparagus Spears (Elliott & Thompson) was Book of the Week in The Sunday Times Culture Magazine.
He also featured in The Spectator podcast, Times Radio, City AM and reviewed by Country Life Magazine!
Lewis Senior, co-author of Personalities Remixed (Hasmark Publishing International), appeared in Fast Company on spotting leadership blind spots.
Myself, Nik Kinley and Business Book Awards winners Graham Allcott Emily M Austen Terence Mauri David Sinkinson Chris Sinkinson Tony Lewis, were featured in The Times around ‘books are the new disruptor’.
Overall winner of the Business Book Awards Mithu Storoni was interviewed about her book Hyper Efficient, on TV by BBC Business Today.
Amy Brann (Make Your Brain Work, Kogan Page Publishing) shared neuroscience-backed tips with National women’s weekly Prima! Magazine.
Lord Mark Price featured in Fast Company on why the real workplace revolution is human happiness.
